BSC Posting

For those who haven't read yet...Just an earlier blog I posted on BuffaloSketchComedy.com based upon research I did awhile back.

NEW RESEARCH PROVIDES AWARENESS FOR ALCOHOLIC HONEYBEES

There’s no question the percentage of Honeybees in America dealing with alcoholism hover at an alarming rate. The higher number of alcohol related accidents and honeybee deaths continue to sting unsuspecting honeybee communities each year. Researchers have worked for decades to explain the correlation between Honeybee alcohol addiction and their biology, particularly why it so often runs in families.

Adoption research gives scientists a clear way to distinguish why alcohol addiction runs in Honeybee families. Thanks to the recent cuts at the University of Buffalo’s Law, Arts, and Agricultural departments, researchers have received grant money to conduct lengthy, expensive experiments in the UB Honeybee Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Department (UBHADAD. Not to be mistaken with UB’s Chairman for Hotel and Restaurant Management, Prof. Hadad.) Their data hopes to answer the question nagging Honeybees for decades: Does alcoholism run in families when an adoptive parent has alcoholism, or when a birth parent does?
As basic science has taught us, each honeybee’s genes hold a biological risk that varies trigger levels for addiction. However, this study kills any buzz regarding any irregular hive structure. The risk for alcoholism is not limited to Honeybees that have a family history of alcoholism.Adoption studies look to adult honeybees that have been adopted as larva. Results reveals that the rate of alcoholism was the same for both groups of honeybees adopted by parents that did and did not suffer alcoholism. Honeybees with birth parents that suffered from addiction were found to have a 4x greater risk for developing alcoholism and a drug problem. This new study proves it is determined on the adult Honeybee’s choices.
A bee that makes low-risk choices is less likely to trigger alcoholism addiction, whereas, a bee may trigger problems after making high-risk choices. It is clear the deciding factor is in the Bee’s lifestyle.
If you notice honeybees that have a pattern of erratic behavior while under the influence of alcohol, or, if you are a honeybee and think you may be at risk, please talk with a trusted friend and seek help where ever Honeybee Alcoholism information is available .... like Walgreens or something.
